Ronald Weasley "Ron" Harry's first friend at Hogwarts known for his comedic relief. He comes from a loving but impoverished wizarding family He provides muscle and emotional support, even while battling his own self-doubt and jealousy.

Draco Malfoy

Draco Malfoy is a wealthy, arrogant Slytherin student at Hogwarts and Harry Potter's main rival, who acts as a foil for Harry by embodying pure-blood struggles with his assigned role as a Death Eater

Albus Dumbledore is the Hogwarts Headmaster and one of the most powerful and influential wizards in the series

Cedric Diggory was a handsome, talented, and kind Hufflepuff Quidditch player and prefect at Hogwarts who was selected as the Hogwarts champion for the Triwizard Tournament, where he was tragically killed by Voldemort at its conclusion.

Hagrid

Rubeus Hagrid a loyal and kind-hearted half-giant who serves as Hogwarts' Gamekeeper and Care of Magical Creatures professor, acting as a father figure and first friend to Harry Potter, while also being an avid lover of dangerous magical beasts.

Voldemort

Lord Voldemort (Dark Lord) is the primary antagonist and a powerful dark wizard, born Tom Marvolo Riddle, who seeks to conquer the wizarding and Muggle worlds to establish pure-blood supremacy He killed Harry's parents but was unable to kill Harry himself, leaving the famous lightning-shaped scar. Harry is prophesied to be the one to defeat him.

Sirius Black

Sirius Black is Harry Potter's godfather, a loyal, brave, and reckless pure-blood wizard who was wrongfully imprisoned in Azkaban. A member of the Order of the Phoenix, he defies his pure-blood family's dark magic beliefs to become best friends with Harry's parents, James Potter and Lily Potter. He is an Animagus, able to transform into a black dog, earning him the nickname "Padfoot".

Luna Lovegood

Luna Lovegood a clear-sighted Ravenclaw student in Harry Potter who is a member of Dumbledore's Army and a close friend of Harry's, known for her quirky style

Neville Longbottom

Neville Longbottom started as a shy, insecure, and forgetful boy, a stark contrast to the heroes of the story. He was a mediocre student but had a hidden talent and passion for Herbology, a magical plant-based subject. During the final battle he destroyed the last Horcrux with it, which ultimately allowed Harry to defeat Lord Voldemort for good.

McGonagall

Professor Minerva McGonagall is the stern but fair Head of Gryffindor House and Transfiguration professor at Hogwarts, known for her formidable magical skills, especially as an Animagus who can transform into a tabby cat. She is a respected, principled witch who provides strict guidance and mentorship to students like Harry Potter while fiercely defending her students and Hogwarts against injustice and danger.

Remus Lupin is a kind, but shy wizard in the Harry Potter series who is afflicted with lycanthropy, or the ability to transform into a werewolf during the full moon, after being bitten by Fenrir Greyback as a child. As one of the best Defence Against the Dark Arts teachers at Hogwarts, he taught Harry Potter how to cast a Patronus

Snape

Severus Snape is a complex anti-hero from the Harry Potter series,His primary motivation is to protect Harry, the son of the woman he loved, and to atone for his past association with Voldemort.

Dobby

Dobby is a loyal, brave, and quirky house-elf who is devoted to Harry Potter and fights against the forces of Voldemort, despite his small stature and past as a slave to the cruel Malfoy family. His unique personality includes self-punishing habits for mistakes and a yearning for freedom, which Dobby achieves when Harry frees him and later allows him to work freely at Hogwarts.
